i tried the seat belt trick and it works thanks to whoever figured this out! i asked the dealer a few months ago if they knew how but they told me 07 and under could but there was no way to disable on the new model years

It should be for both drive and passenger.

I just followed the directions that came with the Torqued Performance tune. They were very specific.

In Illinois if you dont have driving lights on and its raining you can get a ticket... and the local PD love to ticket for it. :/ and I personally know that I may forget at times.
