Hey guys i put a whole new sound system in my car. I'm selling the factory touchscreen head unit. Has navigation, am/fm, iPod hookup (usb and aux), mpg display, some subaru factory accel controls (don't know what they do lol), and many other things. The head unit is brand new i put a new system in my car within the first two months of having it. NO scratches no problems. (works great) Will fit all wrx or sti models. Not sure what years it will work up to, but this is off a 2011 so it will def work for a 2011 sti & wrx. HMU if your interested. Send me private message with your name and number and ill get back to you with my number. I'm looking for about $1000 or make me a fair offer. Im from Central New Jersey so if you wanna come look it that's fine. I also have the stock speakers that ill throw in for like 50 bucks.

for a $1000 you can get a really nice sounding aftermarket nav unit.. Just something to keep in mind.

Though, I am really surprised its a Kenwood.. most of the oem units are Clarions. This should mean Garmin nav software.... I doubt they'd use different software for a oem application.

if its a 2011 it is plug and play but u can remove your bluetooth jacks from ur steering wheel u don't need em anymore with this head unit

this head unit is specifically for subaru..it had special features like scheduling oil changes and your mpg and these other acceleration and air electronically gauges in the head unit... it also fits perfectly in the stock dash

from my understanding yes....if you are interested drive your car to my house well see if it def fits and if not u don't buy and if it does you buy it hahahahaha..but my audio guy who professionally uninstalled my system and put my new system in said it will plug in and play perfect..and if you come to see if it will fit my audio guy said he will professionally install it for a 100 bucks just lemme know

Haha

What about the nav? Wouldn't I need the antenna unit? I know in mopars it's all there and is plug and play but I am unsure with Subies

no the nab is through disk not gps. its a loadable **** that downloads to the head unit, i already downloaded it so the map and navigation is already on their..but your stock antenna is the same as mine and they hookup the exact same way the only thing that i don't know how to properly do is hook up the bluetooth. But as for the antenna, the am/fm radio antenna would hook right up to the stock wiring

if you look at the picture of the back of the unit where the green slot is..thats the antenna hookup all you do would be unplug from ur head unit and plug in the new head unit....this is a stock factory head unit from subaru..its from a limited edition thats how i bought the car brand new..its not an aftermarket head unit...i got rid of it becuz i wanted to add video like backup camera etc.

that don't make sense becuz they use the same harnesses for both head units..worse comes to worse you could buy the correct wires and just splice in and make it work...but i could have sworn that the pins were the same..by any chance do u have a pic of the back of your head unit?

I found a pic on teh interwebs. This is what the back of a stock non navi HU looks like.

For example, see the antenna input in the lower left corner?

You may be able to install the navi in a non navi, but it is not plug & play

I think it's different as well. I know this because, the under seat sub came with two different harnesses. One for non navi cars and another for navigation equipped one.
