I believe so. You'll need v7 (US 02-03) tophats out back.

If I understand you coorrectly- you have v8 struts and v8 tops and you want to fit v7 springs. The answer is no they won't fit w/o some rear v7 tops. The v8 tops won't accept the v7 springs. The v8 top is designed to accept the tapered v8 spring.

If you can get a set of rear (fronts will fit no problem) v7 tops- your good to go.

You can source used v8 springs all day long from the STi guys. Maybe your looking at the v7 RA springs- which if that's the case- good choice. If they're regular v7 springs pass on them and get v8's.
