So i got a parts car yesterday and it has a ton of parts im stoked about; one of them being STI seats. So they were filthy im mean gross. The back seats looked great but the fronts were terribly stained and one had a cigarette burn in the middle. To top it all off they were fuzzy i mean wtf shag carpet fuzzy. So I was very discouraged and thought they might be better off sold or trashed. But me being me figured I'd just as well try cleaning them and see what I can do about the fuzz.
So i took some soapy water and a toothbrush to the spots. I then took a microfiber towel and pressed it into the spots and thin whipped with the towel again. I did this several times and got almost all the spots out. I then took some disposable razors and started shaving. I'd shave one direction then the next so on and so forth till most if not all the fuzz was gone it went from shaggy to flat. I did it dry then I'd wet it and do it wet. Hit it with a hair dryer and repeat till satisfied.
