I'd like some good all rounder tires...that can handle some high speeds, light drifting, and still stay kinda quiet on the highway....if that's possible.
I dont do a lot of milage, so durability doesnt matter. I also have a separate set of winter tires.

These would run from April to October. thanks !!

Light drifting, nothing. AWD is the antithesis to drifting.

If you already have winter tires, why not buy summer tires that are far superior? I'd recommend Michelin pilot 4s or super sports if you can find them, or continental extreme contacts
I live on the east coast of canada, and summers here are not dry roads and nice conditions. All seasons seem to handle the various crazy weather conditions...if that makes sense...

Why on earth would you neuter your performance if you have dedicated winter tires?

I can somewhat understand not wanting to deal with two sets of tires, but this is silly. Summer tires are not racing slicks - they'll handle wet conditions just fine depending on the tread. The rating for "summer, winter, all-season" is the rubber compound and the temperature range in which it produces the highest coefficient of friction.

Hmm, I admit i dont really know the difference between summer and all-season. Seems no one here even buys summer tires anymore. Is there really much of a performance difference between all-season and summer tires ? I assumed they were roughly the same. I must research this...
