Bilstein b6 dampers on stock springs, it's a very nice improvement over the stock dampers.

Rear subframe bushings/lockdown kit and all 4 rear diff bushings, made a surprisingly big difference.

Group N transmission mount and energy suspension crossmember bushings.

Stainless steel brake lines and ATE type 200 fluid with EBC redstuff or similar brake pad.

All of these will make a nice improvement to driveability without affecting comfort for daily driving.

This kit is a must:
That looks like an absolute nightmare to install. The shifter inside the cabin is not easy to switch out; everything about it is hard to get to, inside the cabin & under the tunnel. The sideways movement is short enough anyway. A shift plate is enough and a light one like kartboy will add more resistance plus you can keep the oem dust & heat shields.

I also installed a brass bearing initially & it was great at first but wore out too quickly and became rattly. Plus it doesn't twist to keep the cable straight as it's pulled. The bearing that came with kartboy plate was a definite improvement.
