Help locating Evaporator drain tube and PCV valve 2011 EJ255 WRX

So, ive got some blue smoke with acceleration whenever its under 15 F outside. my gut tells me to check the PCV because this issue happens on forester XT's. Any guidance would be great, probably not going to tackle till i get some nicer days.

The other thing i need help finding is the evaporater drain tube, so i can do the A/C cleaning. It doesnt look like the same location as on the forester (passenger firewall), anyone know or done this service?

The drain tube is off the firewall behind the right front wheel

The pcv is dead center behind the engine and intake manifold. Take the intercooler off and look for a white piece of plastic, it's right there
