What’s up guys, i just replaced my clutch 3 months ago on my 2017 wrx. I got the Action Clutch stage 2 and just recently it is starting to slip. I know for a fact a clutch should not go that fast. Anyone know why the brand new clutch can be slipping?

Riding the clutch, dumping the clutch, keeping the clutch partially engaged too long on roll out or between shifts, not rev matching and using the clutch to match the shaft and engine speed.

These are just basics.

The tob is an issue in the newer cars but it doesn't usually lead to a slipping clutch.

If you leave the car in gear and push the clutch pedal to the floor does the car start smoothly or does it lurch?

Two notes:
- looking at the website, they just state "110%" of holding power over stock (measured as crank). Do they actually state anywhere the power levels this clutch is good for?

Another thing... they do advise 4500 RPMs and sub for the first 1000 miles (not sure why? I get not dropping the clutch w/ a 500 wtq immediately after installing... but clutch break-in?). But say this makes sense to people who know more than me... did you do that? :devilish:
