Hi, as the title says, I had a IHI VF29 in my 2002 WRX and removed it today and bolted on a IHI VF48. The midrange torque is unbelievable, but that lasted for a short time, actually I have not noticed anything until I made a long drive, when I noticed that the turbo would spool up and kinda slows down, then spool up again and so on, you hear it going up and down all the time beyong 4000 RPM. The power is there but not really as amazing as on a sprint. I have no idea what could be causing this, has anyone expereinced somthing like that? could this be a lack of fuel supply? but it actually sounds like the turbo itself is going up and down??

thanks

Where can I have the engine tuned?

What type of engine management are you using/planning on using? And also, where do you live? Those two pieces of information are essential to answer your question.

Or I could just say, you need to go to AWDTuning in Flower Mound, TX. It's only 20 minutes from where I live, so obviously that's where you need to go.

To reiterate, it's not going to run right without a tune.
