OBDII not ready issues

Hello,

I've been having an issue with the oxygen, catalyst and evap showing not ready. All other sensors indicate ready. My car is a 2017 WRX limited 6MT with a Cobb cold air intake, accessport and running the Cobb Stage1+ BigSF 93 v350 map.

I was already having these issues when I woke up to a completely dead battery the other day. I read that low voltage can be a cause for the sensors not performing the tests so I'm hopeful that these issues will resolve now that I have installed a new battery. I also verified that the map I have loaded is the most current version from Cobb.

I know that it can some time after replacing the battery for everything to ready itself but so far i'm 3 cold start drive cycles in to no avail. I'm going to continue to drive the car, but does anyone have any suggestions or insight into what else I could attempt?

Thanks

Bear with me, this may help...
I have an 03' WRX stage 2 and I cant find my EVAP small leak and keeps throwing a code.
Having to reset when EVAP throw CEL(causing CAT and EVAP unready), I read about readying the catalyst to have only 1 unready(EVAP) when inspection time as NY allows 1.
When you do your cycle, I found you HAVE to turn on AC/defroster for at least 5 min straight during cycle to ready CAT.
My ride to work is 30 min(about 22 miles), short town ride to highway, about 8 miles on highway, then about 12 miles mixed driving stop & go 30-60mph.
During the ride, I would turn on AC/defroster for duration on highway, turn it off for 5 min off highway, back on for 5+ min etc.
Started checking AccessPort for readiness after 50 miles and Catalyst readied within 10 miles after, all while doing AC/defroster on-off.
Good luck!

Thanks for the advice! I was able to get the 02 sensor ready with your method. Now just need the Cat and Evap. I do have a code currently of P0171 system too lean. That was after I unmarried the accessport because with the tune it seemed to never ready even after 200 miles.
