Hey guys, I'm going to be buying some RCE yellow's soon and about the only place that I can find them are from fastwrx.com, has anybody ever ordered anything from this place? If so how was the service and did everything arrive when they said it would? Thanks!

I've had good experiences with them, but an acquaintance had bad experience with them and a gauge not being accurate. They refused to replace and sent him to prosport.

From what I've heard they are legit but I'm not too sure about their customer service. They are local to me and a lot of people swear by them.

Personal experience: I have about $2k in my pocket for suspension upgrades but wanted to be sure I choose a setup that was right so I asked a lot of questions. For whatever reason (too busy or didn't think I was serious) it was like pulling teeth to get answers. I ended up going directly to RaceComp and they are even going to do the installation for me since they are local as well. I guess it worked out better for me in the end. :wiggles:

Btw, why not contact RaceComp directly? Even if you have to pay a couple bucks more it might be worth it to deal directly with supplier. Also, Myles seems like a decent guy to work with and he is active over on NASIOC and other forums (here?). http://www.racecompengineering.com/

I was dissatisfied with the phone call inquiry I placed with them. The person on the other end of the phone spoke to me with a demeaning tone.

I took my $5K elsewhere.

If you're looking for RCE Yellows, buy them from RCE directly, or give the guys at Turn-in Concepts a call.

He's that way in person too. :rotfl:
Maybe he hasn't gotten the memo that being a DB is a turnoff to potential customers who aren't the flat-brimmed broski type

I'll probably just go through TIC or RCE direct instead, kinda starting to sound like Gruppe-s a little haha! Does TIC not charge for shipping???

I've bought several things from FastWRX.com. Most of my experiences have been positive, but on one occasion I had some issues with them as well. All in all, I still would buy from them, but where I once would go to them first, I now check arounhd a lot more. Thier prices have also gotten less competative as compared to a couple fo years ago.

I recently bought Yellows...and I bought them directly from RCE. I've also bought my swaybars from RCE and it was very good service. There were no savings to be had, but the reliability and professionalism was worth it to me. FastWRX.com charges the same price for the springs as RCE, so I chose to cut out the middleman.

I've actually had crappy experiences with several companies/vendors. It's easier to point out the good experiences...such as JSC Speed and RallySportDirect.
