That wing makes me realize how good an STI variant would have looked on the VB. I can't get behind it on a WRX though, but that's just me.

I would go with whatever produced the least amount of sound, because it's going to be way louder inside and out than you think. The motor also produced a really tinny high pitched sound as well. Usually quieter will help negate that.

If you're looking for a mild sound increase why not just go with the Subaru STI option exhaust? I'm sure it's expensive, but it will also be legal.

I really like the way the tips look. SPT/STI mufflers in the past have always been a nice compromise between stock quiet and aftermarket obnoxious.

It probably doesn't even add any cabin noise on the highway.
