Engine Stall Whenever Clutch is Pressed

After a drive of 5-10min I came to a stop sign and as I try to take off I notice the car is off. Started up and was able to drive normally down to the next stop sign where I noticed that as soon as I pressed the clutch it seemed to drop the rpms quickly and after they bounced around 3-400 for a second or two then stalled. Took a moment to get it started and keep it running long enough to take off. Getting back home I had to burp the throttle any time the clutch was pressed. Would idle normally with clutch released in neutral and would drive just fine with no symptoms while driving. It only stalls when I press the clutch.

1500miles since new clutch, master, slave, fluids, ect.

Any ideas?

Checking fuel trims I am seeing a spike on B1 up to around 28.9% after pressing and holding the clutch after driving around the block. B1 maxes out at around 9% when pressing and holding the clutch at idle. Hasn't seemed to die since this drive so I am going to keep my scanner handy and periodically take readings. While it hasn't stalled, it does drop the rpms to around 500 for a moment or two until the ecm corrects to 700. I THINK this is how it has always ran and I faintly remember my 2020 doing something similar.
