11.6" Display with Navigation and Harman Kardon (86213VC450)
I have spent my moring trying to find this info but to no avail....
Specs on the speakers (ohmage, rms power handling & sensitivity)
3.5" coaxial in dash (has 4 leads one set measures 4.1 Ohms and the other set is 5.9 Ohms on my cheap multimeter and it looks like it was wired pos together and neg together so that would be parallel and a 5 Ohm load) no factory connectors at this time
6x9 fronts
6.5 rears
10" subwoofer (86301VC150) (dual voice coil at 4 Ohm each) no factory connectors at this time
Specs on the amplifier (86221VC010) (rms power per channel - not HKs bs "equivalent" info)
Advertized at 440 watts (6 channel amplifier)
Also, I have read a few confusing things about adding an amp and sub to the system...can I NOT take the signal to the stock sub into a Audio Control LC* to turn line outs into rca to another amp?
Finally, anyone know of a "how to" disassemble/remove the rear deck/sub?
Same as VA WRX-ish; pull c pillar panels (all pop clips), then pull back the weather strip & pop just the top of the panel below (watch for the plastic hook thing that hooks under the door jamb) to clear the rear deck piece (you can take of all of the stripping and lower panels off but this is a PITA). Then you will be able to remove the rear deck panel by lifting one side out at a time (all pop clips and watch the connector on the driver side).
