Love it! I've literally been browsing the web to see if anyone else has done this for weeks haha. I was concerned about the size but your pics confirm they look great! I have a set of 04's sitting in the garage waiting to be cleared (if the rain ever stops). Literally just finished fixing all the blemishes and gave them a fresh coat of GS BBS gold last night. They'll be going on my 22' CSB.

I believe they changed over to 5x114.3 in late 04 for the production of the 05 model year. The gentlemen I purchased them from had them on his 04 sti (so he said), which I am assuming was an 05 model year. Generally speaking you are correct - 05-07 STI model year is the year range to be in for 5x114.3 for this wheel!

Oof, yeah looks like they tried to use something (maybe pliers) to pull the valve stem through, nicked the paint, and destroyed the the threads. So typically at any dealer or shop tires and oil are assigned to the greenest guys. They 100% should have replaced the sensor and informed you that they damaged the paint. My guess the tech didn't want to get into trouble.

I'm doing the same process you did, need to swap tires from my stock wheels and the TPMS sensors. Will not be happy if they screw up the paint or destroy a TPMS stem.
