I should have my 2011 WRX delivered next Friday

I want to get a set of Winter tires, then came two questions:

-When I go to tire rack they proposed some 16" tire. Which is the way I like to go to have more side wall and more grip for winter driving.
But they do not offer any wheel in 16" for the 2011 WRX.
Then the question is : do 16" wheel clear the brake caliper on a 2011 WRX

-I read somewhere that there is some promotion going on in Spetember. where?

-If the 16" rim works I want to go with Blizak 205 65 16. I know it is taller but for snow and ground clearnace it is better. 4% is not the end of the world. I don't care about the speedo beeing offset.

I got 16" tires from tire rack, and then I bought used stock rims on either here or NASIOC from an 04 wrx. Didnt want the steelies, and they were like 150 dollars, and if I ever grow a set big enough, I might paint the winter wheels gold/bronze, just for fun.

yes it is working. I see if you go for tires or package it is working.
If you for wheel it does not give me any 16" option
Click on "winter" not wheels. You can then build a 16'' wheel package.
