When ever I shift, if I give it too much gas and hold the clutch in too long at all, or any kind of shift that isnt 100% smooth i get a strange "ding cling ding ding" noise...sounds like its coming from near my feet, Also I have a stock blow off valve and I have NEVER heard it (the bov that is), never heard any sort of "pssss", or "swshhh" at all, is that normal for a stock bov? Maybe this is part of the problem? This noise only happens between shifts...Anyone know what it might be? any help appreciated.

if you close ur windows and turn off the radio and kinda let the turbo spool up and let go of the gas you'll here the stock bov, but the stock bov is a recirculating type and will never be as loud as one that releases the pressure to the atmosphere.

the shifting noise may be a heat shield rattling, esp since it isnt happening when you are shifting smoothly
