I have a 2015 Wrx with nothing done to it. It has 60000 miles on it. I was in 3rd then I rev matched it to 2nd dumping the clutch. While in the transition I heard a loud thump noise in the transmission area. The car still drives but makes weird noises when I drive the car. Also the clutch slips in all gears. Barely notice the slipping. Do I have a clutch problem or transmission? Thank you for your time reading and answers much appreciated.

Those two statements are contradictory.

The car still drives but makes weird noises when I drive the car.
This isn't useful info unless accompanied by some sort of clarification. For example, do the noises occur when the clutch is engaged or disengaged? Or both?

Also the clutch slips in all gears. Barely notice the slipping.
If it slips, suspect the clutch. If it slips plus makes noises when the clutch is engaged, suspect the throw out bearing. In effect this is a distinction without a difference since you'll need to replace both.

I cannot tell if you've damaged your gearbox from your description.
