Towing 4-wheels-down

Just bought a 2017 WRX manual 6 speed and want to use it as our towed vehicle behind an RV. There is lots of conflicting info out there, and Subaru took references to towing 4-wheels-down out of the user manual. Remco says there are no restrictions on the 2016 WRX to tow it flat. Anybody out there do it with their WRX?
