Time to replace the tires on my 2002 WRX wagon. I've been happy with the Goodrich Traction T/As that I put on about 50k miles ago, but when I bought these I decided to 'up-size' from the stock 205/55R16 to a 225/50R16 and I don't think the fatter tire wore very well.
I'd like to go back to the stock tire size, live in the Mid-Atlantic (some rain and snow sometimes) and would like a good all-season tire for spirited dry driving (street and highway) and safe poor-weather driving.
Considering Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position which I found on Tire Rack for a pretty good price, and a few good reviews there. Any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
