Nope, you'll have to find a tuner for a custom tune.
Tgv delete tuning 16 Wrx
I have a 16 Wrx with Sti cat back and accessport. I am considering buying tic tgv deletes but I couldn't find an off the shelf tune for this mod. Does anyone know if you have to dynotune or if I can get an off the shelf tune for this mod?

If you do the TGV's, I would do the EGR's as well. (pro tune)
TiC may have a base map they can provide with their deletes; give them a call and see what they say.
