Subaru is run by Fuji Heavy Industies. You could look them up, but they are not on any of the standard markets.

[yoda]Mmmm, look up well you did, mmmm[/yoda]

I'm not certain that FHI has a NYSE or NASDAQ holding company and trading foreign securities requires a costly specialty broker.

OTC means "Over The Counter", which means it's not traded on the NYSE or NASDAQ. FUJHY is traded in "lesser" markets in the US.

My apologies. I recently got some investment news COUGH buy buy buy COUGH COUGH. The stock symbol for US trading is FUJHY. Another good one: NSANY (Nissan).

Both Subaru and Nissan posted HISTORIC RECORD profits last 1/4 and are expected to keep it up.

We have Kyoji Takenara, President of FHI, to thank for shelving GM plans for joint platform development and returning to Subaru's Impreza/Forester platform and future cross-over vehicles. GO KYOJI!!!! Way to stand up to The General!!!
