Just wonder if any one tried this or have any ideas but what would happen if u had a stock turbo stock intercooler, pushed 21psi and deleted the bpv and tune it

Why would you delete the BPV?

I know I've seen a few tunes out there around reach similar boost pressure, but the BPV delete intrigues me.

Boost is the result of particular mapping and airflow, not a target. Don't chase silly things like boost.

The BPV is there for a reason.

All of which utilize an intercooler with lower pressure drop. 21 PSI is a 2.4:1 PR. IHI does not publish compressor maps for the VF39/43/48/52, but they are pretty well estimated by this point. A PR of 2.4 is at the upper limit of that turbo's efficiency even before you factor in the awful 3 or so PSI pressure drop of the OEM TMIC. 19 PSI is what I would target with the stock TMIC and TGVs intact.
