All of which utilize an intercooler with lower pressure drop. 21 PSI is a 2.4:1 PR. IHI does not publish compressor maps for the VF39/43/48/52, but they are pretty well estimated by this point. A PR of 2.4 is at the upper limit of that turbo's efficiency even before you factor in the awful 3 or so PSI pressure drop of the OEM TMIC. 19 PSI is what I would target with the stock TMIC and TGVs intact.I know I've seen a few tunes out there around reach similar boost pressure, but the BPV delete intrigues me.
