Hey guys, I need some help. I just installed my ETS catback with the grimmspeed adapter. It’s my first time attempting to do this in my tight garage and man it was annoying. My question is about the connection from the stock DP to midpipe. I can’t seem to get a flush fit and the two bolts are pretty damn tough to turn tighter and there’s still a gap. Am I missing something? Bolts backwards or something? I don’t want to keep tightening it. Scared to break or strip the bolt. Oh yeah, do I need the grimmspeed doughnut?

Isn't that supposed to be spring bolts and a donut gasket?

I read the spring bolts are replaced when you use the grimmspeed adapter. The grimmspeed adapter came with the bolts in the box along with a flat gasket.

The donut gasket makes the seal, not the flange
