Anyone know why my used '13 sti limited sedan has red subaru badges? Perhaps previous owner simply replaced the blue with red?

Common swap. People rebadge to all sorts of colors.

Thanks for insight XJman....so what are the chances a bumper cover off '11 sti limited will be compatible with '12 sti base?

Saw your J/K on your post. Also saw two WRX's with STi badges on them last summer at a big regional Subie meet.

I belong to the "whatever" club -- as maybe you do, that whatever the owner likes, as the owner has paid for those mods.

Doesn't mean that I do not occasionally gag as I drive by, by their car, right? As I drive into my town, I often see a older white Jetta with full-wheel-covering flat plastic caps that the owner has Plastidipped a sick color, a cross between lime green and yellow. That one "tests" my "whatever" orientation." As my wife said as we drove by it on Monday, I am glad we do not live next door to it! LOL.
