so im dying to mess around with my 2011 wrx, but i cant afford to void my warranty by doing anything too extreme yet. my dealer will not cover any aftermarket catbacks, so im looking into the SPT catback.

my main question is one of time. will the SPT catback be worth it in the long haul as far as future power gains with an aftermarket downpipe and other mods/ a pro tune? im hoping to eventually bring my subie up to around 350 whp, will the SPT be able to support that?

Cat backs don't do anything for power (in any real noticeable way, anyways), they're just noise makers. So, to answer your question, yes it will be fine down the road.

yeah im aware that the catback is pretty much going to make noise as of now. i just wanted to make sure that it would help make more power later on compared to a 3'' inch aftermarket exhaust
