someone at least please advise me on what to do about the cold air intake. theres no wideband o2 so i cant scale OL fueling myself. what should i do about that part?

You have two options, more or less. Option one would be to return the car to stock. Option two would be to pay a professional to tune the car.. you could attempt tuning the car yourself, but as you already stated, you don't have access the required equipment to properly tune the car yourself.. or the knowledge and experience to do it well without destroying the engine.
