I wonder if you can get a CVT in a WRX. How do you think it would perform? The idea is very simple, but it looks like it would perform very well... Basically, a CVT is a continually variable transmission. There is a belt connecting 2 pulleys... as the belt moves faster, the pulleys change diameters by pressing against springs, so it changes the output. The idea is you keep the revs where they produce max HP or torque, and change the gear output. So what do you think?
