I have a TXS shorty intake as the only mod so far, just wondering if anyone has used the stage 1 AP with this setup or any other short ram setup. I have read all the posts on this and cobb's forum. They state that they cannot make a map for a non "predictable" intake, which they only label as Blitz. So i assume all of the other short rams are predictable. Has anyone gotten a custom map from COBB for their intake or have you just used the Stage 1 base map with an intake and how does your car run?

If you read all the threads like you said you did then you wouldnt even be asking this question. Cobb clearly states that Stage 1 is best suited with the stock intake system. They do support a stage 2 injen CAI map but that is all for intakes. By running the TXS you run the risk of a lean condition that can be very harmful to your engine.

if you just went ahead and bought a TBE or even downpipe to get rid of that cat, you could just flash stage2/injen and run your TXS safely.
