Searching: Knee pad for 2017 WRX

I searched but didn't find anything, so I apologize in advance if this has already been addressed.

Has anyone had any success in creating or finding padding for the right knee against the middle column? I'm sure I can do it but fear the looks, so thought I'd see if anyone has gone before me on this adventure. Thanks in advance!
