Scope my tune? Having issues

Hey guys,

let's start off with the basics.
2010 2.5i with EJ255 full swap with TD04. Fuel pump wired to run 100%, regardless of what the log displays. KN Drop in. Catless DP. Catback. Secondary Air Pump Delete. A/C Delete. 94k miles on it. Running XPT Stage 2 map (yeah, i know.)

I have misfires on cylinder 4. I once got a code for Cyl. 3, but that hasn't popped up since the ECU reset I did when I did a partial compression test. I tested Cyl. 2 and 4. 2 was sitting at 120psi, 4 was at 116. Little low, but not the worst. Not getting much (if any) oil consumption. Gas mileage seems terrible, of course. Sparkplugs are changed and gapped correctly, NGK iridiums. Swapped coils around and didn't change it. My motor mount is shot, shakes my entire car and i'm planning on replacing that this week. Shouldn't trip off a knock sensor and trying to correct it though, i wouldn't think... I'm new to OS.

Going to do a leakdown and fuel pressure test this week, but I was able to do my first log ever. I'm sure you'll be able to tell...

The log is long, i probably got the wrong parameters, and i'm not sure really how to do this. Hopefully you guys can point me in the right direction.

You should test all 4. I believe around 120 is normal for a closed throttle plate test so 115 wouldn't be terrible. It's within a few percent of the 120.

You should look for boost or exhaust leaks. Also clean the maf sensor and dump the k&n filter. They tend to blow the oil used to capture dirt into the MAF sensor throwing off scaling

You think that a boost leak could cause a single cylinder misfire? Genuinely curious. All my lines look connected real well, I'm going to try and smoke test this week.
Yes. Depending on where the leak is.

Bumpin' bumpin'.

Anyone able to tell if i'm running lean or anything off this? Unfortunately no wideband.
Unless I'm missing it don't see the afr listed and I'm not sure the voltage of the sensor. Does tomorrow raider have any other options for the front o2 sensor? It should offer a ball park percentage.

On romraider, it gives me an option for A/F Sensor #1 (2 and 4 byte) and then it gives me a drop down with these options:

Estimated AFR (okay, probably)
Lambda
fuel-air equivalence ratio

I'm assuming Estimated AFR is going to give me the most accurate reading the motor can tell on stock O2?

Edit: thanks for at least taking a look, XJ. Genuinely appreciate it.
Logged some other values. Log is long, drove halfway to work with it on. Good mix of casual driving and cruising.

Thanks mate. I got that bookmarked and use that as my bible. Just trying to do some logs and see if I can find an issue in them, as I have a busy work week and be on my computer! But have a lack of time in the garage.

I got 7 days of paid vacation coming up this week so lets hope my bus gets fixed!:wiggles:
Running both windows and OSX software at the same time really chews my MBP battery apart. Did manage to get a few minutes of log after fixing a vacuum leak that I had. Probably going to swap injectors between 2 and 4 while I wait for this apple POS to charge. Anyone have ANY idea why my misfires on Cyl. 4 are so weird? They climb up very steadily, then just drop off completely. Very odd, and I can't find anything that follows this weird path besides AF Learning... hmm. I have to do more research on exactly what that is and what sensors read it.

I was able to get a much longer log! I believe this one ran for a good 30+ minutes. Hard to tell, i think it may have split it in two.

Fixed a gas leak which I think was on my return line. My MPG is substantially better, and the car isn't in a limp mode. Did MAF cleaning and seafoamed this b****. Possibly running a fuel pressure test tomorrow, and swapped injectors 2 and 4 out today. Not much change from that, i don't think.

If someone can scope this one out, I think it'll portray much more data. Still getting misfires from cyl. 4 intermittently but I can't pinpoint why this is happening myself. I'm trying to read up on these values and how they affect one another but I'm still a novice. Throw suggestions at me of what you think the issue may be! I can't think of why my roughness monitor climbs up and drops straight down repeatedly. Weird.

Longer is not going to be helpful. It's too long to read.

If you have already checked for boost and vacuum leaks, exhaust leaks, plugs and coils, and swapping the injectors don't change anything have a compression test done

Hm, no bueno.

Guy on the romraider forums said that it would help if it was longer.

Checked the cylinder compression already, but i will again.
I would ask him about it. But 30 minutes of data is huge
