Sbf #5 fuse blew now have terrible lag

I have a 2003 subaru impreza 2.0 liter i am new to owning a wrx i previously was driving a mini-van (massive change:-o) anyways..my rear passenger tire blew and a strip of tire ripped out my break light wire which im assuming caused yhe short and made that fuse blow.my car died and wasnt able to start it back up. After a couple days of checking things i finally remembered to check the fuse and replaced it. Car started up instantly but now when i drive going over 3500 rpms my car lags out really bad. I changed plugs and ran fuel injector cleaner through system and even pulled injectors and replaced with same kind and still issues persist..any ideas?
