So I'm thinking about getting rota grids for my 2017 wrx...I have tein flex a coilovers that I'm going to be putting on and the wheels I'm looking at are 18x9.5 with a +38 offset. I'm just wondering if this is correct and will fit and what size tires I should run I think the recommended is 235/40r18 but should I go 225?

Why is everyone telling me 235/40 with a +38 offset
Could I go with a 245/35 to be safe or is that a bad idea?
So with 18x8.5 could I go with a +30 offset...I found some I like but that's the highest offset they come in
