When Installing and J-pipe on 2017 WRX does the Restrictor Pill have to be removed prior to Flashing to Cobb Stage 2? Is this Safe to do?

Why would it need removed?

That should only need removed if you're installing an EWG or EBCS setup

Cobb states in some literature i read that the "second" restrictor pill needs to be removed prior to going Stage 2.
