Question for blobeye owners?

So I was looking at my wrx the other day, and I realized a black striped decal alongside the car

Do they come like this or did the previous owner put it there?

That was put on by a previous owner. They didn't come with pinstripes from the factory

Yep. Dealership may have done it as well.
