On Jan 2 2003 I placed an order with Mark at Quantum racing. The order was for his intercooler splitter,intercooler water spray kit,HKS SSQV BOV, and purple insert. I was informed that the bov will be drop shipped from california and that he was waiting on the pump from a vendor that would be there early next week. Today the 15th I received a call from Mark asking if I had received any parts that I ordered I replied no, he said good because he did not want to overnight something that I had already got. Mark said that the vendor rep he uses in california had changed and he thinks the my order may have been misplaced. He said the stuff that I ordered will be overnighted and I should get it in a couple days. He also said that he will call in a few days to see if I had gotten my order. This is what I call customer service. I will continue to use Quantum Racing.
