I had a alignment done on my 02 wrx last week and when I brake it pulls hard right and ideas on what's going on?

Bad alignment?
Left brake quit working?
You're pushing to much on the right side of the pedal?
Right tire way low?
Brakes are good I changed out the calipers and done a fluid flush on it today still pulling

If it just started immediately after the alignment, I'd strongly suspect that and go back to them.
Otherwise, something in the left front brake system would seem not correct to me.
If you are pulling while breaking then it's likely not the alignment. Your right pad is getting more pressure than your left. If you changed the break fluid like you claimed it's possible that you didn't bleed the left caliper well enough and there is still air in the line.
My instructor done it in class we done a pressure bleed on it after we changed the calipers and it's not doing it while I brake anymore

So the problem is solved or is it pulling now to the right when you are just driving?
Yes it's still pulling think I'm ms take it back n have them do the alignment again

That's what I would do. They definitely didn't do it right.
If that's not it could there be something else I should check

So if you bled the system that means you have good fluid to the calipers. It doesn't automatically mean the caliper, pads, and rotor are aligned and working correctly. These things usually "do" work correctly if someone who even halfway knows what they are doing, installed them. Just saying until you check that the rotor on the left is getting squeezed at the same force as the right, you can never be 100% certain that is not your problem. But my money is still on the alignment as the issue.............
Could it be one of my end links or ball joint making it pull

Sure, and that "should" be caught during an alignment.
OK I'll take it back up there
