PCV Port mod???

I'm Replacing an 07 ej25 Engine with another one and the PCV port on the new engine looks good but on the old engine there is some kind of dual output mod on it. I'm having a hard time getting it off. Does anyone have any advice as to what the mod is called that I could purchase a new one or how I can remove it? It is currently soaking in penetrating oil to see if that helps remove it.
