This post is amazing in that it proves people live in the Netherlands.

Anyway, Dutch and German are at least partially mutually intelligible.

The poster's car failed APK. APK is what in the UK is called MOT, or what in Greece we call KTEO.

The car is testing too high for CO emissions, and there is an Invidia catless exhaust fitted.

Dutch is close enough to German that I understand his car won't pass emissions testing (MOT), and that his car has a catless Invidia downpipe. Here's my advice (in German, sorry).

I've never seen APK done either. If there is a visual inspection only stock will do.
