Only hitting 7psi of boost?

I am new to the forum so I am not sure if this is the right place to post this thread. But I haven't been able to find one with the exact same thing that's going on with my car. I recently took off the intercooler to install a new slave and master under for the clutch on my 2014 wrx. At the same time I installed an intake and an accessport. The car has TGV deletes already. After tuning the car to stage 1+ it pulled my tgv codes and it never did this before. My car will not go past about 7.3 PSI while driving and when reving the car at idle 4.4 psi. I thought it was something I did so I pulled everything back off even replaced the intercooler put everything back on and still having the issue. I have done the soapy water boost leak test and wasn't able to find anything. Could the codes be causing my issue. If I cleared them with the accessport would this stop it? Thanks!

R u a troll?
TGV delete codes will cause the car to enter limp mode. This will limit the boost. Stop beating on the car until you calibrate for the TGV deletes.
