Not really worth it imo....the amount of oil that is trapped in a catchcan is negligible, and in order to effectively catch any blowby you'd have to have some sort of substrate in the catchcan (most people use steel wool) so that the oil would really just be adhering to that materia. Plus, the oil is blowby, it's not good clean motor oil, it's used up post-turbo/intercooler oil.

As insurance goes. I think I like the idea of keeping the I/C as clean as possible. I believe that these seperate Air/Oil mist by centrifugal force. I have had experience with these in systems that I work with. The concept is spot on. But being such a newb with the scoob, I am unfamiliar with the layout. The only problem I am having is what to do with the return oil.?.? :confused1
