ofcourse , this isnt the first time when ive crashed with a full tank, funny story, way back in the day i had an old civic (89 i think) , put a full tank got on the road to get some speakers from a cousin , and guess what happen . crashed . now the best part of it was the car wouldnt turn off ! so the car got towed and sat in the junk yard running for a few days till the gas ran out !

Florida to VA is one hell of a commute!

Sorry about the car. Keep the next one at the track for that kind of thing ;)

Take it back to the dealer and get a quality silicone (Perrin or Samco) inlet instead. You can install those without removing the intake manifold (PITA supposedly). You cannot with the OEM unit hence why the instructions are not available online. The OEM one is junk.

APS should not require removal either but is supposed to be trickier.
Ummm you can't install the OEM turbo inlet pipe without removing the intake manifold? who said I did it. It was a huge pain but i was able to reinstall the OEM inlet pipe without taking off my manifold
