I putted this code tonight with my OBDII reader:

What does neutral position switch circuit low input mean?

Is your car automatic or manual?

THere is a switch on the gearbox that tells the ECU that you are in neutral. Low input means the voltage is lower than the 'normal' input. I'll check the shop manual and get back to you.

Can mean that there is a worn wire or the switch is broken.

I am trying to get the extract out of the shop manual - but essentially there is likely a problem between the ECU and the transmission - first thing to check is that the connectors are firmly seated.

I saw what you said about the low input meaning the voltage is reading lower than normal. Please see my thread about "CEL code help", it sounds like you could probably help me out.

Thanks :)
