So I have a 2006 Impreza wrx s manual, it has 200k km on the clock and recently has been misfiring on cylinder 3 when the car is under load, also I look where you pour the coolent while the car is on and bubbles a significant amount does this mean I have a head-gasket leak?

Bubbles in expansion tank can theoretically be head gasket but air pockets, low coolant and bad radiator cap would do the same thing. I'd start with changing the coolant and bleeding the system. Use safety glasses or face shield if you have one and stand back while bleeding. If there is a gasket issue, the coolant could spray up through the open rad cap.

If there really is a head gasket issue, you will see blue/white smoke, milky contaminated oil, oil in coolant and lose some oil or coolant or both over time.
