Tuned to Cobb OTS Stage 2. A couple weeks ago I had gotten the middle section of my turbo replaced as it was leaking air, also purchased/isntalled all new oil feed and return lines, as well as a turbo inlet pipe. On a regular pull I will usually hit 12-15psi. Before I had turbo issues I would hit 15-16psi no problem, now I wont go near that until I ride the gear out to 4.5-5 thousand rpms or higher. I looked at the line with the restritor pill in it, and its bent a bit, don't know if that could cause it, or if a reflash would do anything. Thanks
