I currently have a 2.5 usdm sti block being built with crawford pistons by i-speed. My heads are getting the stage 1 port job and the fp green will be on its way soon. I also have all the other supporting mods that you can see in my sig.

So now my questions...
Would or should it be a good idea to upgrade the radiator when going for higher hp like I am having done? Or can the stock radiator handle the kind of heat I might be generating? From some of the posts I have seen on the boards the 2.5 stis are generating alot of heat but this all might be a non issue.

This setup will only see the track maybe 1x a year and the 1/4 a few times a year. I would think the stock radiator wouldnt be an issue?

Does the STi come with the same size radiator?

Just for insurance would it be good to go with a pwr or mrt one? Or would a cooler thermostat solve everything?

Thanks in advance
