Just bought a 2019 WRX with 9,500 miles on it - first one - oh my, first time I've ever LOVED driving - where has this been my whole life! Been driving Subarus for 12 years but this is the first WRX. Two issues that I assume are related - brake assist light is on continually - tried to turn it off based on the instructions in the manual - no joy - and when I reverse uphill out of my driveway, I get a burning rubber smell for 2-3 seconds - not because I am screeching out of the driveway, been driving sticks since my first car. It's going into the shop to check it out but curious if anyone had experienced this issue?
