Hey all, question time!

I recently bought a used knuckle from a junkyard, and am waiting for it to come in.
My question is, for the camber bolts, how should I adjust them? I'd like to not have to take the vehicle for an alignment if I don't have to. The knuckle is coming with the strut I believe, so the camber may be pre-set.

If no strut is there, how should I adjust them?
If the strut is connected, should I just bolt up the strut and hope for close to accurate camber, or remove it and bolt the knuckle separately?

You need an alignment or equipment to do one yourself. Otherwise you end up with a potentially unsafe car and buying four new matching tires. If what you are suggesting worked they would just mark the bolts.

I agree, even a difference that you may not notice could be enough cause issues, get the alignment.
