The only intake I know of that supports running with no tune is the ETS...and they have posted evidence to support it (they post an actual log). However, I would STILL take that with a grain of salt. Keep in mind, if they don't require a tune for it, it's not really doing anything anyway. It's a noise maker. A great noise maker, but just a noise maker nonetheless. You don't HAVE to do everything all at once. However, just putting in a jpipe/downpipe and getting a stage 2 protune is probably your best bang for the buck...nothing else needed.
