You are supposed to at least change the transmission fluid every 30k...but a full flush, I would do that at 60k. It will "clean" it out from the first 60k miles worth of gears grinding together.

What does your service manual say? Follow that.

Do you have an automatic? If it's a manual, you don't need to flush the tranny, just drain and refill. FWIW, I replace my tranny fluid ~ 15K miles.

Personally, I flush all fluids every time I change them (other than engine oil, that would just be too expensive).

Huh? According to that you're never supposed to change your transmission and differential fluid? I don't think I would be following what that says.
The same way you'd never replace brake pads?

I = Inspect, correct, or replace.

I replace my transmission/differential fluid every 30K

Right.. Of course the mileage interval isn't important on brake pads, so I see why they would just say inspect for wear items, but transmission fluid is a little different.
